أعلن طارق العشري المدير الفني لنادي الاتحاد السكندري، رحيله بشكل مفاجئ عن منصبه من تدريب الفريق، اليوم السبت.
وحقق فريق الاتحاد السكندري الفوز على المقاولون العرب، بهدف دون رد، في المباراة التي جمعت بينهما اليوم السبت بالجولة 22 من بطولة الدوري المصري الممتاز.
وقال العشري خلال تصريحات عبر قناة “أون تايم سبورتس”: “طوال عمري أحترم نفسي وتاريخي، جئت إلى الاتحاد ووضعت يدي في يد محمد مصيلحي (رئيس نادي الاتحاد السكندري) وهو يده في النار، لكن الناس لا تُقدر”.

وأضاف: “أعُلن رحيلي عن نادي الاتحاد بشكل نهائي، وأترك الفريق في منطقة آمنة ليستكملون مسيرتهم، قدمت ما في وسعي واللاعبين رجال وتحملوا المسؤولية، لكننا نُهان، لم أتعرض مطلقًا للإهانة في تاريخي مثلما تعرضت لها في الاتحاد السكندري”.
وأتم: “لا أقبل هذا الأمر ولا أخلاقي ولم أسع لتدريب الاتحاد”.
ويحتل فريق الاتحاد السكندري المركز الرابع في جدول ترتيب الدوري المصري الممتاز، برصيد 35 نقطة من 22 مباراة.

Raheem Sterling first played against West Ham all the way back in 2012. He's faced them a lot since, as you'd expect – 19 meetings in all, across three different competitions.
The vast majority of those have come in the Premier League – 17 in total – with one each in the FA Cup and EFL Cup.
Sterling's goal record is very good in the fixture, too. He's scored eight times in those 19 games, with all of them coming in the Premier League. Though, it's worth mentioning that he hasn't actually scored against West Ham since 2019 – which was a hat-trick in the season opener for Manchester City.

Sterling's best goal records come against two clubs – Bournemouth and Watford. He's managed to bag 11 against each of them, with his Bournemouth goals coming in 14 appearances when facing the Cherries.

The first three all came in August, with two against relegated Leicester City and another against bottom club Southampton. Those would be Sterling's only goals before the new year.
The other three league goals were all against Nottingham Forest, across two games. The six were only against three clubs, then, all of whom battled relegation all season long.

Once again, Sterling will hope to cement himself in that top 20 before he's done in the Premier League.

Chelsea and West Ham have met a lot in their history, dating all the way back to 1923 in competitive matches. There have been 120 fixtures in total, where there is a relatively shared split of the results.
The Blues have won more – 54 in total – mostly thanks to a dominant stretch from 2004 to 2011 where they never lost to West Ham and only drew twice. To the Hammers' credit, they've still come away with the win on 43 occasions.
But what about the Premier League era? As you'd expect, things swing dramatically in Chelsea's favour there.
They've met 54 times since the rebrand and the Blues came away with the points on 29 occasions. West Ham managed to take them 15 times, with 10 draws between the pair.

It has been a bit of a mixed bag over recent seasons, this one. Chelsea did manage a positive record last time, though, beating West Ham at home and then drawing away.
The season before that saw the two clubs split the points. Both teams won at home, West Ham prevailing 3-2 and Chelsea doing so in a late 1-0 victory. That came after the Blues had won both ties in 2020/21 without conceding a goal.
However, West Ham stole the show the year before that, winning both games in the 2019/20 season. It all goes to show that this isn't a particularly predictable fixture in recent years.

A major security breach at the Air Force Sports Complex in Palam allowed a man, who identified himself as Girish Sharma, to drive his car onto the field of play and into the pitch during the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh Ranji game at Palam ‘A’ ground in New Delhi on Friday.The man claimed he didn’t see any security and was merely lost, despite what looked like deliberate swerves to drive over the pitch twice, completely ignoring attempts from players and umpires to stop him. A number of international players like Gautam Gambhir, Suresh Raina, Ishant Sharma and Rishabh Pant are in action.Justice Vikramjit Sen, the administrator in charge of DDCA, said that the issue was being sorted by the Services Control Board, which is in charge of the Palam ground. “Fortunately there was no injury to any of the players. We are trying to sort the issue,” Justice Sen said. Asked if the incident will put a cloud over matches in future at the venue, Justice Sen said all points would be considered based upon the investigation.The BCCI’s anti-corruption unit (ACU) is understood to be not in charge of security during domestic tournament. However the ACU is in touch with the concerned authorities to facilitate the probe.The incident took place at 4.40pm, 20 minutes from close of play after the match officials took the half hour extension to make up for the over-rate. With the transfer window set to close very shortly, Tottenham are still keen on signing a new winger, and they have now set their sights on a new target, joining three other Premier League clubs in the race for PSV Eindhoven star Johan Bakayoko.
Spurs have made last-minute checks on the 20-year-old, who could be available for a fee of around £25m – £30m, as they have a "heavy interest" in adding firepower to their attack, with significant funds also being set aside to fund their pursuit of a new striker.
Although finding a replacement for Harry Kane will undoubtedly be of importance to Ange Postecoglou, Johnson is one of the main players currently being linked with a move to north London, and the Lilywhites are well-placed to win the race for his signature.
According to a report from Football Insider, Tottenham are in pole position to sign the Nottingham Forest star, who is also being targeted by Chelsea, with his currently employers considering a sale, due to concerns about Financial Fair Play.
In a more recent update on X, Gold has now provided another update on Spurs' interest in the winger, saying:
"Understand Ange Postecoglou has made Brennan Johnson his number one attacking target for these final days of the window. Feels he's the perfect fit for his Spurs system and versatile. Talks have taken place, tough deal to do though and it's likely to be a late one if it happens."
Johnson is able to play on both wings, through the middle, and at striker, but he has most commonly featured at right-wing throughout his career up to this point.
How good is Brennan Johnson?
It is clear the 22-year-old is held in high regard by Postecoglou, as the manager has already personally approved the move, but Forest have turned down big proposals, and interest is "growing", so a deal may be difficult to orchestrate.
Forest want a minimum of £40m if they are to sell their academy graduate, which could be a fair price, given that he has consistently developed his game over the past three seasons, starting in League One with Lincoln City, before eventually making the step-up to the Premier League.
Last season, the former Lincoln loanee took a little while to settle into top-flight football, but he made a remarkable improvement after the World Cup, with his average WhoScored match rating jumping from 6.24 to 6.91, as of March 24th.
In the end, the Welshman ended up finishing on eight goals in the Premier League, the second-highest amount in the Nottingham Forest squad, which is a respectable total, given that it was his first year playing at the highest level of English football.
Johnson has taken major strides over the past few seasons, indicating that he could now be ready to play for a team with aspirations of qualifying for the Champions League this season.

The case for advancing the game to larger audiences in new markets has been tempered by the reluctance of some of the major cricket boards to relinquish any control, while the conditions attached by the IOC have been prohibitive, even before practical issues have been addressed, such as a lack of infrastructure in countries where the game is less extensively played.T20 had at least provided a format that, time-wise, could be more feasible than one-day cricket – and even beach cricket has been throw around as an idea – but Morgan believes T10 could be an even better vehicle.”I think T10 could be something you could potentially propose to an Olympic committee,” Morgan told ESPNcricinfo. “When you look at T20 game, it goes for a little bit longer, so if you are talking about playing a role in the Olympics then you’d probably have ten teams or more and that would probably last five or six weeks, but a 10-over league could be done in about eight days which could be right.”Cricket has seen shorter formats – for example the Hong Kong Sixes – but in terms of retaining the eleven-per-side element of the game, this is as brief as the game has ever gone without the intervention of the weather.”I think we have reached a limit, I think T10 is as short as the game can go but certainly there is huge potential for a T10 game,” Morgan said. “It’s 90 minutes, very exciting entertainment and exposing the game to different people around the world who would not come and watch one-day or T20 cricket.’In the first tournament there will be multiple matches played in the course of a single day, so for fans who choose to see more than one match, it will remain more than a 90-minute commitment at the ground. Com uma escalação modificada, principalmente no sistema defensivo, o Santa Cruz foi melhor. Conseguiu impor um ritmo forte, mas faltava capricho na hora de concluir as jogadas. Quando o Remo saiu para o ataque, levou perigo com Lucas Siqueira, que acertou o travessão.
